Paper is prepared by LaTeX on NeXT Workstation.
Final file is in the style of PS (postscript) but compressed by gnu zip command (gzip). Use gzip command to uncompress then preview on your computer or print out.

• gzip -d paper.ps.gz
• gs paper.ps
• lpr paper.ps

If you have trouble to print out PS file, try to use this file in front of paper ps file like,

• gs nextfix.ps paper.ps

or

• lpr nextfix.ps paper.ps

nextfix.ps could fix the problem of NeXT PS.
