2. Send e-mail to 

	IWCC-abstract@aquarius10.cse.kyutech.ac.jp

3. Confirm reception of abstract by e-mail 
from conference office. (Section C)

B. Format of abstract submitting by e-mail

e-mail. Comment line has '%' at the beginning of line.
Items are separated by a blank line which has only carriage
return. Please cut following example and reuse for your
