All prospective participants are asked to register by submitting the attached form. The registration form should reach us by April 15, 1996, accompanied by documentation proving payment, for a reduced fee. Registration at a later date or at the Conference will be possible but at an increased fee.
The registration fee includes the costs of the proceedings, refreshments, get-together party (May 26) and banquet (May 28). The registration fees amount to:

Registration fee can be paid:
- by money transfer to IWCC Secretariat
- by credit card (Visa or MasterCard) only for overseas
Late registration at the conference registration desk can be made in cash, Japanese Yen only.
